I am a 41 year old French Citizen, with an international experience of 20 years, currently working as Business Process Outsourcing Manager (consultant) in Mauritius after an Expat contract in Madagascar for GULFSAT as Bilingual Customer Care Manager & Call Center Manager. After a military and security background I received my qualifications to work in the Norwegian state administration and received extensive CRM and customer service training in Norway. I then moved to UK and worked for the international telecom corporations Telstra and MCI Worldcom where I gathered a valuable customer care and technician/job controller experience. I then oriented my career toward the Jeopardy Management, Customer Retention and Customer Relation at manager's level, mainly in UK and the Indian Ocean region. As I have worked for many years in UK I am fully bilingual in French and English, I also speak Norwegian, Danish and Creole. My objective is to manage and lead a team of professionals toward excellence and quality of Customer Care in the telecom, defense or security sectors. In my current position as consultant for a BPO/Call center, I am responsible for 50 agents and team leaders working on 5 campaigns (inbound/outbound) in Mauritius for companies located in Europe. I am a diplomatic, patient and meticulous person, a good people's manager and focused on team building, team work and quality of service.
