At present, I am working as a Senior Technical Officer in Jute Research Program under Nepal Agricultural Research Council (NARC) with more than 24 year’s experience in planning, monitoring & evaluation of different basic and adaptive research projects at a national and regional level. I am experienced in problem identification and its' prioritization; project formulation and execution of the research and production programs to solve the targeted problems of the farmers/clients. Scaling up of the promising technologies and dissemination of the proven technologies to the users group also comes under my job responsibility. I am also experienced in formation and mobilization of farmers' group to implement the research and production program in the outreach research sites of the research station. NARC is the apex research institute mandated for agricultural research in the country. I have taken training on NARC budget management system and NARC account management system and other various software handling training which have been mentioned in my curriculum vitae.I have read all my acdemic courses ( intermediate to post graduate level) in english medium and also I have taken various internationaltraining. So, I will have no any problem in english language.
