Handle Accounts related to purchasing, manufacturing, and marketing.
Creation & Approval of purchase orders in Oracle.
Receiving invoice from supplier and verifying with the purchase order and release the quantity of items received into WMS( operational software)
After Verifying, closing the quantity received in WMS and doing the inventory part of the items received in Oracle.
Entering invoice into account payable in Oracle
Checking the credit period allowed to suppliers and doing the payment in timely manner
Payroll accounting.
Provisioning of grativity, leave salary, leave passage.
Month end general ledger entries.
Preparation of bank reconciliation statement.
Check completeness and accuracy of the accounting System.
Computer skills- Computer Training Course in CA, Tally Accounting, MS Office and
MS Operating Systems
