Seeking key role in a Research team to carry out research in Speech Science/Signal Processing or to be positioned as Forensic Scientist in Audio-Video Forensics.I am a Senior Research Fellow working at Central Forensic Science Laboratory, DIRECTORATE OF FORENSIC SCIENCE, Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India from Jun 2004 to Till Date. I was awarded “Junior Research Fellowship” in the year 2004 by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India at Central Forensic Science Laboratory, Chandigarh, India for carrying out research work in the area of Forensic Physical Sciences. I have almost four years of research experience in Forensic Speaker Identification, Speech Enhancement, Speech Recognition, Signal Processing, Noise Cancellation, Tape Authentication, Audio-Video examination, Face Recognition and Piracy examination with 3 research papers and 2 in pipeline. I am also pursuing PhD in the area of Speech Signal Enhancement for Speaker Identification and Speech Recognition at Central Forensic Science Laboratory, DIRECTORATE OF FORENSIC SCIENCE, Ministry of Home, Govt. of India. Well versed with Computerized Speech Lab/Multispeech –Kaylab, SPID - Automatic Speaker Identification System, Signal Analyzer-VM700T, Velocity-Non Linear Editor (Video), VISAR (Developed by NASA), Goldwave, Cooleditpro, Denoiser, Sound Cleaner, Cubase, Adobe Audition, Audio Maestro, Adobe Photoshop CS, . Before joining at Central Forensic Science Laboratory, I was doing research at National Geophysical Research Institute, Central Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Ministry of Human Resources and Development, Government of India as CSIR Diamond Jubilee Research Internship Awardee from December 2003 to June 2004
