I have been involved in post secondary education at Universities and Technical and Further Education institutes in Australia for the last 10 years, and would very much like to continue in this type of work. Much of my work has been related to assisting people with low level skills improve their skills level so they can more successfully engage in post secondary educational programs. In terms of qualifications I hold and Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Majoring in Social and Community Studies and Minoring in Communication Studies; a Master of Applied Linguistics; and a Certificate IV (Associate Diploma equivilency I believe) in Training and Assessment. I will be living in the United States from June 2008.
