I am seeking a position where I will be running the homebuilding operations for a production builder developer. I am accustomed to high volume operations where I have been totally responsible for the division's profit and losses. I am very experienced in all functional areas of the business including sales, construction, accounting, purchasing, land development, and customer service. I am especially proficient in start up and turn-around operations, having done both of these many times in my career. My experience is real world hands-on, as opposed to the more customary cross-training experience held by many senior managers in this business. The role is typically known as division president.
