Kevin Michael McLaughlin, Esquire is a recent/former Judge Advocate and Captain in the United States Army’s elite JAG corps; he is a Florida Licensed attorney. His practice has focused in the areas of criminal law and civil litigation. As a former Army Officer (Captain) and Judge Advocate, Mr. McLaughlin has acquired significant trial experience and received unsurpassed management and leadership training in the US Army. He excelled at all Officer Leadership Schools and was commended for his dedication and hard work helping US Soldiers. Mr. McLaughlin is a graduate of the prestigious Judge Advocate General’s School in Charlottesville, Virginia and excelled at Officer Leadership School in Ft Sill, Oklahoma.
