I completed my PhD in 2004 from CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar in collaboration with ICRISAT on “Effect of cytoplasmic male-sterility on expression of resistance to sorghum shoot fly, Atherigona soccata”, involving both genetic and molecular characterization of the interactions involved. I have an excellent academic record, and an in-depth knowledge of entomology, biotechnology, and computer software.
