2006 – Present Facilities Manager Avica weddings & Resort I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of the maintenance and landscaping of the grounds the electrical, mechanical plant and equipment in and around the resort, general upkeep of the resort by displaying a keen eye for detail so to conform to the resorts high standards. I am also responsible for the supervision and coordination of the maintenance staff including preparation and issue of work rosters, work standards, training recruitment, all relevant paper work, safety standards and ensuring departmental productivity.
