To whom it may Concern: My name is Myslande Saintable currently employed as a guest services agent in the front office at Intercontinental Hotel for more than 3 years now. I am interesting for a better position to further enhance my knowledge in the administrative fields as a Health Care Administration student. I am self-motivated, dependable, hard working and compatible, and also a team leader. I worked at Miami Dade College Audio Visual(media Services)office for 31/2 yrs as a receptionist/student services, answering phone calls, light typing, operating, inventory and to conclude training new employees. Secondly, I also did some volunteer work at the UM Sylvester Cancel Hospital in different offices, where I organized mails, answering telephone, filing, and last organizing the books in the library for the patients. I worked at a company called Inktel Direct as an inbound customer services, answering calls and sales new products for Procter and Gamble, taking brochures orders or itinerary for Royal Caribbean Celebrity, and Norwegian, placing orders, follow-up with customer when requested by customers, and also keep track with my customer by checking the status on their orders. I also worked as a Medical Assistant at a Pediatrician doctor office and also help with vital signs, checking patients status, verifying insurance and also help front and the back office, faxes, filling, schedules and others(during my Internship).
