I am definately a people-person and an animal-lover. I work well with a team of people; I can take orders as well as issue orders but I will not ask another team member to do a task that I am not willing to do myself. My skills are typing 40 wpm; 10-key adder; words; excel; multi-phone line. I have a real estate background. I worked in a Century 21 office in Omaha, NE years ago with 25 agents where I put together files from listing and followed through to the closing. I am a fair team-player and treat people with dignity and respect.
