Middle manager (corporate finance, financial management and controlling, internal audit) Highlights of Qualifications • Deputy CFO of mid size construction holding based in Moscow (mixed capital, revenue USD 100M) • Sufficient experience in financial management and analysis, financial controlling, financial due diligence, valuation, internal audit and forensic accounting • Excellent knowledge of the Russian basic industries: construction, metals and mining, banking, agriculture, automotive and software • Good management, analytical, writing, presentation and communication skills • Fluent spoken and written English and Russian • Certified Public Accountant (CPA, US GAAP) • Bachelors Degree in Economics • Big 4 work experience (3 years with PwC transaction services)
